About Finelines.

Finelines is the entry line of the Sofiderm range: the least dense of the five gels, made for the superficial dermis, where any excess volume shows. The same base as the other lines — non-animal hyaluronic acid at 20 ± 3 mg/ml, cross-linked by MCLPE and purified at the end of the process; what changes is the cohesivity, calibrated to spread without ridging.

It arrives in a 1 or 2 ml prefilled syringe with two 27G manufacturer's needles. The CE certificate's indication is the treatment of lip cleft; the injection plane is the superficial dermis. Indicative duration of 6 to 18 months, per the manufacturer's specification.

Which needle comes in the Finelines box?

Two 27G manufacturer's needles. The instructions for use require that only the supplied needles be used.

What is the difference between Finelines and Derm?

The base is the same. Finelines is less cohesive and is intended for the superficial dermis; Derm, of medium density, for the mid dermis. You choose by plane, not by area.

Which presentations does Finelines come in?

In 1 and 2 ml, a prefilled syringe with two 27G needles — the detail-session formats, which is where this line works. For volume, the range continues with Deep, Derm Plus and Sub-Skin, in 10 and 20 ml.
