How to order.

No online payment, no minimum quantity. Registration, verification, request, pro forma, dispatch. Lot and expiry on every delivery note.

OrderChoose the presentations, send the order, receive the pro forma. Pay by bank transfer; we dispatch after cleared payment.

After the request.

PaymentBank transferBank details on the pro forma. No card, no online payment. Dispatch after cleared payment.

DispatchFrom the warehouse in PortugalDelivery note with lot and expiry for every unit. Storage at 2 to 30 °C throughout.

AfterwardsDocumentation and vigilanceData sheet and IFU per line by email. Adverse events to vigilance@orvida.eu.

Price and tiers.

One list, the same for every registered clinic. Price per unit, excluding VAT, no minimum quantity — one syringe or fifty.

Not every line comes in every size — availability by line is in the catalogue.

Volume tiers

The larger the order, the better the price per unit. The total quantity counts, in any combination of lines and sizes, and the tier applies itself in the cart. The thresholds and values become visible by email after verification — or tell us what you need and we reply with a pro forma.

VAT and invoicing

Portugal: 23% VAT on the list price. Spain: clinics with a VIES-valid EU VAT number are invoiced without VAT, under the intra-EU reverse charge. The invoice is issued by Orquídeas Etéreas, Unipessoal LDA, NIPC 518912329.

Returns

Sterile medical devices: no returns once dispatched, except for a defect or a dispatch error, reported within 48 hours with the lot number. We replace or issue a credit note.
