Why it mattersLasts months, not days

Free hyaluronic acid disappears in 24 to 48 hours. Cross-linked in stages, it resists hyaluronidase and holds water for 6 to 24 months, depending on the line.

Over-cross-linking leaves residue and a rigid gel. MCLPE cross-links in phases and purifies at the end.

01Long-chain HAPharmaceutical-grade raw material, by fermentation. Low allergenic potential.
02Multiple HA + BDDE reactionThe cross-linker binds the chains in several successive reactions, not just one.
03Multiple purificationDialysis in PBS and swelling remove free cross-linker and by-products.
04Gel particulationThe cross-linked gel is calibrated into particles of controlled size.
05Microgel + free HA bondingUnder mechanical force and heat, the microgel binds to non-cross-linked HA: cohesivity and glide.

What changes between the lines.

Same concentration, 20 ± 3 mg/ml, same cross-linking. The manufacturer tunes cohesivity to each injection plane and the needle follows. The doctor chooses the plane; the rest is decided.
