How do I register a professional account?
Fill in the professional registration form with your clinic details, role, and licensing information. We use it to set up your verified account and unlock professional pricing. Once approved, you'll receive login credentials and access to the full catalogue, technical data sheets, and the priority clinical line.
What documents are needed for clinic verification?
We require proof of medical licensing (Ordem dos Medicos, Colegio de Medicos, or equivalent EU regulator), clinic registration or company certificate, and a valid VAT number for invoicing. Distributors also submit a trade licence and the territories they serve.
Documents can be uploaded directly through the registration form or emailed to clinical@orvida.eu. All data is handled under EU GDPR.
How long does verification take?
Most applications are reviewed and approved within 24 business hours. Complex cases — multi-clinic groups, distributor agreements, or incomplete documentation — can take up to three business days. You'll get a confirmation email the moment your account goes live, with direct contact details for your account manager.
What are delivery times for Portugal and Spain?
Cold-chain delivery typically reaches mainland Portugal in 2–3 business days and mainland Spain in 3–5 business days after dispatch. Madeira, Azores, and the Balearic Islands add an extra day. Orders confirmed before 14:00 WET ship the same day — the tracking link lands in your inbox once the courier collects.
Can I order as a single practitioner, not a clinic?
Yes. We serve both registered clinics and individual licensed professionals under a two-tier model. Single practitioners can place one-off orders directly through the catalogue once their professional account is verified — no minimum quantity, same pricing transparency.
Do you ship to other EU countries?
ORVIDA's exclusive distribution rights cover Portugal and Spain. We currently don't ship to other EU markets under this licence. For cross-border projects or partnership opportunities outside Iberia, contact partners@orvida.eu — we can route you to the authorized distributor for your region.
